Good News and Blah News

Good News First
The specialist called with our quad screening results... Said that everything looked great and that baby was in the lowest category in all areas of testing! Which is good she said! yeah! Grow lil orange grow!!!

Blah News
I too... like many others am suffering from a head cold.. I am sure it is the constant changing of the weather... 80 one day... 30 the next.. but I feel like ca ca!! No FUN! I have gone through a box of Kleenex today and it isn't stopping!I cant wait to leave work and go to bed! Last week when I was coming down with this nonsense, I called my Dr and she said to take Tylenol cold and sinus... seems like it is not doing the trick... taking the night-time one and the daytime one...
Anyone have any remedies for pregnant ladies with horrible drainage, headache, sore throat, runny nose??
HELP ME:)

I was going to post wordful wed about baby but since I feel blah.. I am going to lay my head down on my desk until five:) ha!

Hooray for the good news! It's always such a relief when you get past each stage successfully! I feel your pain on the head cold junk...I've had it, too. I had to learn to sleep propped up on a lot of pillows...and hot tea always helps!

Honestly, another reason for the stuffy head is hormones. I had the worst sinuses with my daughter. When I was pregnant my doctor told me that I could take Sudafed(not the PE kind, but the kind that you get over the counter). That was a miracle worker when I was pregnant and had head cold issues. Also, cough drops! They helped a lot with the headaches. I hope you feel better!

Hi Lady! I hope you feel better!!! I got a horrible cold when i was first pregnant and my dr told me that all I can take is Tylenol because decongestants slow down the babies heart beat. All I did was home made chicken soup, oj and tylenol. And REST!!!

I hope you feel better soon girl!! :) So happy to see your pregnancy is going well! When I first started reading I saw quad screening and I was like OMG! LOL....then I kept reading and realized that it's just one little Neuh in there!

Sorry you aren't feeling well. I can't offer much in the area of stuff you can take for your cold. However, if I were you I would be thinking Mexico, Mexico, Mexico and more Mexico!!!

Congrats on the good news on the baby's screenings. I bet that was a huge sigh of relief for you.

Hope you feel better as quick as possible.

Ahh! I wanted the black one too but they were all sold out :( BUMMER! I usually like to stick with dark colors when it comes to dresses that have thin fabric so I have more coverage. I hate how you can see through the light colored ones!!
