Daisy and the Ice:)
Our golden Retriever Daisy LOVED the ice... she would run around, with her nose down and let the ice/snow collect in her mouth and all over he face! She was sooo cute to watch playing in it and running in it:) Here are some pictures and a video of her eating the ice!

What I have been doing??
Wowzer.. lately I have been a:
Being pregnant and ice on the roads = one lazy em:)
I have watched any and every show you can think of:)
My back hurts today from laying around sooo much!
I was sick Saturday and Sunday and Monday... so I was laying around because of that!
Tuesday and Wednesday there was ice everywhere... and so I was laying around because of that:)
Two shows I would like to mention:
1. Paula really wears some crazy outfits!
2. I never knew Randy was in the band Journey... his flat top was crazy!
3. I really like the new judge Cara... she is cute and has a great voice
4. Are people really serious........ I mean the show really brings out some crazies...Where do they come from?
5. I cannot believe some of the people who really think they are good?? I mean are they serious... I know I am not good... I know it.. how do they not know it?
6. My mom would be the first to admit.. that I do not have a good voice.. I mean I can carry a tune but nothing more than that! Why do some of these moms think their kids voices are amazing and they are not?? Must be a mom thing..
7. But don't you think someone.. a close friend... a family member.. would just mention.. hey you are going to embarrass yourself?
8. There are actually a lot of people who are really good this season!
9. Did anyone see the banana guy?? Weird dude
10. The Salt Lake city people were all soo grateful, happy, sincere people:)
I have been an avid Lost watcher since the first season.... I must admit... every single season... I am LOST throughout the season. Then the season finale airs and I am like... OH I GET IT... Then Season Premiere airs and it all starts over again. I am once again LOST. I mean I get it but there is still so much about it that makes me LOST! ha:) I saw Evangeline Lilly on Letterman.. and he cracks me up! He said... well I have been watching since season one and I still have no idea what is going on... What is going on? ha!
Does anyone feel this way?

Thank You & Iced IN:)
Thank you for all the kind words about our HAPPY ANNOUNCEMENT yesterday:)
We keep staring at the pictures over and over again in amazement of God's Glory:)
We are iced in today! First there was freezing rain all afternoon yesterday and then all night and most of the day today, sleet! FUN:)
Hubby even stayed home too! Roads are too bad!
We have been watching movies, went on a walk with the dogs and playing games:)
I must add the walk is the most exercise I have gotten in a long time!
I have been super sick and not able to eat much... because nothing sounds good or taste good! Not good!!When something sounds good... I must have it immediately:)

Our "Neu-est" Member
With happy hearts we would like to introduce you to our Neu-est member!!(a play off of Neurohr... our last name:)
We are sooooo blessed that I am 8 weeks and 2 days pregnant! We had our first ultrasound today and we got to see the baby, see the heartbeat and listen to the heartbeat! Such an amazing experience!!God is truly amazing! I am due Sept 5Th:) A day after my dads birthday! He is really hoping that the baby comes on his birthday! I have been slacking a bit in the blog world because I have not been feeling the greatest the past couple weeks! All for a good cause:) We found out on Christmas Eve about our lil Christmas present! What an amazing early gift:) Please keep us in your prayers the next few months while the lil one grows big and strong:)
I will continue to keep all of you in my prayers daily!

Fun Survey Game
My Friend Hayley posted a fun game of interview questions on her blog!! I told her I wanted to play along:)
Here are my questions and answers:)
1) How did you and the hubby meet?
We meet our senior year of college! I lived in a house with 3 other girls and one night some FIJI guys were over and Ryan was one of the guys! We talked for just a bit that night... on the front porch. He was wearing a blue hat and I thought he was pretty precious! The next week we had a date party and I brought some random guy and he went to our date party with a friend of his. We ended up ditching our dates and playing pool together all night! Keep in mind, I am awful at pool and I beat him!!
2) If you could do any job in the world, what would it be?
Well if you mean paying job I would have to say be a teacher. I wanted to be a teacher when I was in college but my dad wanted me to do marketing and so I did. I love children and I think teachers are wonderful influences in their lives. They have these lil minds.. that are theirs to mold! Teachers are way under paid and never get the credit they deserve! Thank you to all the teachers out there! I think you have a dream job!!
Non-paying job- Stay at home mom! When we have children I want to be able to be at home with them and not miss out on any of their firsts... my mom was able to stay at home with us and I have so many wonderful memories from those days!! Stay at home moms are way under paid too;)wink;)
3) What are your and your hubby's dreams for the future?
Our next home we want to build on some land. Enough land where we can have some horses and maybe some cattle. Hubby's dad was a ranch hand his whole childhood, so he was raised on a ranch! He spent every summer and after school days roaming around the land! We want our children to be able to roam and explore as well! We also, want to have kids.... I say four, he says lets see how we deal with two and then decide:) Short term, we want to travel to New York and Hawaii:) Two places I have never been!!
4) Why did you start blogging?
I started blogging after our wedding. April of 2008. I think I started blogging because I had read two friends blogs... Natalie's and Meredith's, both who are extremely creative and funny girls and then I got to blog hopping or stalking or whatever you want to call it. I started thinking.. this would be a good outlet for me and sooooo the rest is history:) Actually Meredith kind of walked me through the whole process.. I sent her lots of questions on facebook and she gladly helped! Thanks sweet friend:)
5) Who do you look up too. who is your inspiration?
My dad. He is the hardest worker ever! He has worked everyday of his life, to provide for his family. He never complains and always gives 200% of himself. My little brother is starting to become a lil junior of my dad! Lucky girl who ends up with him!! My dad has the hard work and determination to accomplish whatever he sets his mind too! He always wanted to own his own company and 3 years ago.. he accomplished that dream!! Ryan has the same determination as my father... I guess they say you sometimes marry a person with some of the same characteristics as your father:)I say same.. because Ryan and my father are very different tooo!!!

Wordful Wednesday
Sometimes my husband catches "Dance Fever." It isn't very often that he likes to dance but when he comes down with this virus.. you cannot stop him! It is pretty stinking funny too! Well this past weekend, he caught it! We were in St. Louis for a wedding and Ryan was a dancing fool. Everyone was cracking up and couldn't believe how much he was dancing! I was sitting at a table watching people dance and Ryan came and did a little jig for my friend Lindsay and I. When he was finished.. he received a standing ovation! ha:)

Thank You Notes
I am a firm believer in "Thank You" notes. Whether it is just a thank you to a friend for being a good friend or a thank you for any kind of present.... I will write it! Maybe it is because I was raised that way or maybe it is because I appreciate anything and everything given to me.(Not saying those who do not write thank yous... don't appreciate things).
Here are some reasons why I love Thank You Notes:
* Everyone LOVES getting mail
* Let's the giver know you got the present
* Let's the giver know you appreciate the present or kind words or whatever it is they are thanking you for
* Shows gratitude
* Shows thoughtfulness
* Shows appreciation
* Shows that you took time out of your busy life to sit down and thank the giver for what they have given
I do not dislike people who don't send Thank yous... I just think to me, personally... thank yous mean a lot. A lot of my friends are really good at sending them, but some have never sent me a thank you! That sometimes bothers me... but like I said.. It probably bothers me because my husband and I write thank yous for everything. We were both raised that way. My dad will go to a dinner party and that night go home and write a thank you for it.
What do you guys think about Thank yous?
PS- I am not trying to offend anyone who doesn't send thank yous. Just wanted to see if other people still send thank yous?

Not Me Monday
I am so glad that MckMamma hosts Not Me Monday. It is always such a release at the beginning of a new hectic, crazy week:)
* I did not spend every night last week... on the couch in my PJ's.. by 5:00!! Not me!!
* I did not let my husband do all the laundry last week... even the folding.. I am more domesticated than that!
* I did not cry on Thursday when I left my dog with my mom because we were going to St Louis. She is a dog Emily.. she won't even realize how long you are gone!!
* I did not get home from St. Louis last night and leave all my bags bye the front door and go straight to bed! Not me!!

2 Prayers for 2 Precious Babies
2 blogs that I follow on a daily basis are really in need of some major prayers right now. The more prayers the better!
Jenna's son Brayden's lungs are not functioning correctly and he is in critical condition at the Little Rock Children's hospital. Please keep Jenna, Chris and Brayden in your daily prayers.
Also, Jenna's good friend Kelly had her lil girl Harper and she is also in critical condition at St. Francis in Tulsa, Ok. They think Harper could be having some kind of heart issues. Please keep Harper and her family in your daisy prayers as well.
Prayer is powerful!
Both Jenna and Kelly are updating their blogs with updates on Brayden and Harper.. feel free to hop on over to their blogs and send them your prayers!

Ever Heard of Dog Wearing??
I know everyone has heard of baby wearing.. Well it just so happens that I dog wear! My lil Maltese Halley loves to be extra close to me. Esp when it is cold outside. It isn't anything insanely cold like some of my blog friends... -22, -10, 0.. but it is 15 degrees outside today and with the wind chill it is 1. Also, it is snowing. Cold, wet, and snow are all things my lil 7lbs fur ball hates!!! So she managed to snuggle up inside my puff jacket:) She has he nose tucked in my arm sleeve and her body wrapped around my stomach! So presh! Love my lil Halley:)

Wordful Wednesday
Thanks Angie for hosting such a fun and fabulous carnival:)
Since I have been feeling under the weather lately, Ryan has been a bit bored! He won't admit but I know he has been! We went to my parents house on Saturday because my little brother was going back to college and I had some of his comfy clothes and he wanted them back! Dang it!!! While we were there my dad was getting ready to go to Home Depot. Well, Ryan mentioned a desire in going and so they went together! For some reason Ryan said he "needed" a dolly! Said he could of used one that morning when he was aligning the washer... keep in mind..it is not everyday he aligns the washer.... So my dad was pumped to go with him to get one!ha!Ryan said my dad was being really goofy and making a big deal about it at Home Depot. Telling people "This is my son in law and we are here to get him his very first dolly!!" If you don't know my dad... he is quite the jokester!!
Well when they got home with the dolly my dad suggested they try it out! So Ryan hopped on and my dad dollied Ryan and Halley to our car!ha! Oh men! They make me laugh!

Christmas Eve Tradition:)
Yes I know it is Jan 13th and I am still posting Christmas stuff. I never want the Christmas Season to end.....:)
Every Christmas Eve we go to church and then to our good family friends the Armstrong's and eat, open presents and wear crowns:) This year was just the same but before we went to the Armstrong's Ryan and I celebrated our Christmas together:)
