Hi my friends:)
I am slowly getting back into the swing of things! Here are a few updates

* I am blogging from home today.. still supposed to take it easy and relax and keep off my feet for most of the day!

* I have been spending sometime laying by my parents pool which has been nice

* My back hurts a bit from laying so much but all worth it for Cate

* My cute mom nicknamed Cate, CupCate:) I LOVE it:)

* My friend Erin, calls her Cater-Bug:) Love it too:)

* My husband has proven to be quite the lil cook... he has made me pancakes with blueberries, strawberries and powder sugar, ham, egg and cheese toaster, really good fruit salad, really good dinner salad and a salad with fruit and veggies:) gosh, how did I get soo lucky!

* I am still waiting on a few test results, which should be in sometime tomorrow:) My glucose test came back good.. just gotta take iron pills and watch my iron!

* My Dr told me to rest and take it easy for a while and said if my blood pressure stays high I may just need to rest and take it easy till she comes... I have moments where I feel selfish and down about having to "slow down," so much, but gosh the end result is having a healthy baby girl arrive in Sept! So then I snap myself out of it!!

* My mom is soo much fun to be around and I will probably be spending most days resting with her!!! Thanks for taking such good care of me momma!

* Oh and my sister too... she came over Saturday and cleaned my house with Ryan! What would I do without a great family! So blessed:)

* Sunday Ryan's family came into town because his aunt and cousin were driving thru town on their way home:) here are a few pics:)





* My Lil Brother just got back from Italy and he brought us all back presents, Cate got a soccer jersey, Ryan cheese and a rosary blessed by the Pope and my sister and I got crosses and wine openers....




* I have been staying up to date on every one's blogs... via my iPhone:) But haven't been able to leave many comments.. once I get a laptop and wi-fi hooked up... Ill be back in commenting action:)

* My blog friend Lyndsey just found out today that she is having a little baby girl too:) Yeah:) I am soooo excited for you guys:)

* My blog friends Erin and Whitney could be meeting their lil men any day:) Be sure to keep them in your prayers as they carry their little ones a bit longer:)

* Also, keep my blog friend Crystals little daughter in your prayers as she recovers from heart surgery! Things have been going very well for Bentley... so lets keep our prayers a coming:)

* Lastly, not only am I blogging here, I am also blogging at a new blog called The Baby Cove. This blog is mainly about our little family and our happenings as a family and the Baby Cove is everything baby, everything about Dr. apts, about being pregnant, about being a first time mom... etc.. etc... Come and stop by and read what I have to say and what two other moms have to say too:) I was asked to be a part of The Baby Cove and I am soo excited and hope you guys will follow along:)

25 Week Bump Alert:)

I may not be posting the next few days... I may, I may not.. I have to take a few days off of work to relax and take it easy. We had a Dr apt today and Cate is doing great but my blood pressure has been high the last few times and so I need to rest and monitor it.:)

Weekend Wrap Up

Howdy Friends:)
I have missed the blogging world and I am glad to be back:) Here is why I have had no time to blog lately:)

* Thursday we spent 3 hours of the day registering at babies r us:) let me tell you.. not as bad as I had thought.. I did have one mini cry at the bottle aisle but it wasn't bad! I also had to take a couple sitting breaks but over all:) painless!!

* We spent the early afternoon and evening getting ready for our garage sale... we put up poles in our garage to hang clothes on and laid out four tables... we worked until 1030 that night!!

* Ryan's brother came over and brought his wife and son and a deep freeze to sale in our sale:) Grant is SO cute:)At one point we were playing pirates in the back of his dads truck and Grant said "look Emily at the stars... they are so beautiful!!" Appreciating the little things! I LOVE IT:)

* We woke up bright and early Friday morning and started the fun:) Ryan is really an amazing guy... he did most of the negotiating and hard work! I sat and chatted with people and was in and out of the house!!

* I had a lunch date with my friends Allison and Teresa... We were meeting because Allison found out what she is having.......





That's right friends:) Cate is going to have a new best friend:) She is having a little girl:) Oh it is going to be so FUN having two little girls running around!!

* I headed back to our garage sale and my cute hubby was working away and even pulling more stuff out of the house to sale!ha:) He had garage sale fever:)

* After the garage sale we went on a long walk with Daisy and Halley and then showered up for a graduation party for a good family friend, Whitney:)

* After the party we met up with some of our friends for dinner:) Then we went and played rock band at our friend Daves:) It was a such a fun night:)








* Saturday the day was spent garage saling it up:) I took another short break and meet my mom to order Cate's furniture:) Mom and dad bought the crib and mattress:) Thank you:) and we bought the dresser and hutch:) cant wait for it to get here! And we used garage sale money for our purchase!!

* We closed the garage sale at 2 and lunched and rested before heading out of town for my cousins graduation party!!












* Sunday morning we went on a long family walk and then did a little bit around the house, cleaned my car, went to subway, and went to home depot! We were there for 2 hours!! We are going to rip out all the carpet in our house and lay hardwood flooring in the entry, living room and hallway and then new carpet in all the bedrooms!!! Plus we are painting the baseboards and Cate's room!! We are going to be busy!!

* Sunday afternoon we headed to church for two family friends Confirmation and Confirmation party!!!

* We went to bed super early last night because I was soo exhausted from the FUN and amazing and BUSY weekend we had:)

* The reason my little brother isnt in any of the pictures is because he is in Italy... He comes home in a week and has been there for over a week! He is having such an amazing time:)

Tomorrow is the BIG day

Tomorrow we are going to Babies R Us and registering... ahhhh! Please wish me luck.. I have mulled over suggestions... websites... other friends registries and tonight I am making the list of what I need/want. Ryan doesn't understand why the stressfulness of it:) That's why I married him... my laid back hubby:) LOVE HIM!

I love FRIENDS! I watch it while I workout... My friend Lauren always makes fun of me because I always have the ear phones on and I am laughing out loud while working out!!I found this clip on youtube and well it cracks me up!! I'm not to this point of pregnancy yet but I can relate some:)



- I have to pee all the time!!
- Hormones are always raging.. sometimes I just say.. lets talk about this another time.. when I am not tired and hungry:)
- I love when Ross says.. "You are nice to her" and Rachel says "She has the drugs"
- I also love when Rachel is trying to seduce Ross and gets stuck trying to be sexy and bend over and get her fork:) ha!

Ashley Brooks Designs

About a month ago I won a bloggy contest that my sweet friend Erin was hosting! I won $25 dollars worth of product from Ashley Brookes Designs!!

I decided to use the $25 to go towards Ashley custom designing something for me:) I am really pleased with what she came up with:) I LOVE them actually!

I received them in the mail yesterday and part of me doesn't want to use them yet because I don't want to run out... Guess that means I will have to order more:)

Ashley was soo amazing to work with and I will certainly be using her again:) You should stop by her blog and check out her amazing work:)

Happy Monday Friends:) Hope you guys had a great weekend:)

Did you know that my hair is naturally curly?? Yep it is and I don't prefer it curly but my mom and dad LOVE it.. So I wore it curly for them Sunday night:)



Did you know that I LOVE my momma very much?? Oh yep! I sure do.. don't know what I would do without her.. I call her 24/7 with random questions or just because I am bored driving home and want someone to talk too! Gosh I LOVE her:)

Did you know I feel a lil stressed about the garage sale? Now you know! Gosh we really cant put anything in the garage until we get the tables and we don't get them till wed! ahhhhh

Did you know that Friday and Saturday I was having the worse pains in my ribs and lower abs? Well I was and I think Cate was growing.. woke up Sunday morning and there she was.. popped out even more:)

Happy Birthday Ryan

Today is Ryan's 27th birthday! He finally caught up to me in age! Hooray for that!
He has already had 3 birthday celebrations and gets another one tonight! What a lucky guy!

I woke up early and made Ryan blueberry muffins and then lit some candles and went into our bedroom singing to him:)





I also took Ryan out to lunch:) I got him three cards.. One from me:) One from Cate and one for Halley & Daisy:) I also, drew him a picture for his present.. since he is getting the lifetime fishing license... it wont be here for a while.. so I drew our family by a pond, fishing.. maybe you can see it in the picture:)




Tonight after work I am going to pick up the cupcakes and then head home to pick up my hubby and head to his birthday dinner:) I'm betting it is a TON of fun:)

Weekend Update

Hello Friends:) I have been trying to get all caught up on my blog reading and blogging! I was super de duper busy over the weekend and just now got a free minute to breathe... wheewwwww;)

* Friday night we went to our Cinco de Mayo party and it was a blast! I took NO pictures at the party.. can you believe it.. me, Emily, took no pictures at a party! Sham on me!!!

* Saturday woke up and took my precious lil pup to the groomer:) Ryan was sleeping off some beers and said he would be up doing housework when I got back.... You should of seen his face when he walked in the hallway straight from bed and realized he had been asleep the last hour I had been gone and he got nothing done around the house! It was ok though! He needed the sleep:)

* We did a little bit around the house and then it was time to get ready for my blog lunch:) I was so nervous! I realized everyone there was nervous and soon after meeting.. I realized we all had so much in common and could of sat and talked for hours!!

* After lunch Ryan and I headed over to babies r us to check out some strollers! Let me tell you... For some reason on Saturday the place overwhelmed the crap out of me! I cried in the middle of the store!!! Too many options!! Too many kids running around un-attended, always smells like a dirty diaper in that store!! Better luck next time--right?

* We then headed to church and then to my parents to eat dinner! My aunt was in town so it was nice to just sit back and relax on a Saturday night:)

* Sunday we woke up and cleaned house! Luckily my husband is such a helper and so we get it done quickly and efficiently:)

* My mom, sister and aunt came by and checked out all of Cate's loot:)

* We meet Ryan's family for lunch because his birthday is tomorrow:) We went to Chili's and then back to our house for apple pie and ice cream:) It was delish:)





* After that we headed home and I snuck a mini nap in! Then we headed over to a family friends house.... to celebrate their anniversary! After dinner we went to the Fleetwood Mac concert! Let me tell you... IT WAS AMAZING!! I was super tired though because they came out for 2 encores!! We didn't get home until 1130!!! That is late for a Sunday night!!















* I have baby bump pics to post this week:) But I will leave you in suspense till tomorrow or Thursday:)

* Yesterday I only worked till about 1130 because Ryan and I worked the CF golf tourney! We are on the Cystic fibrosis junior board and went out to help the event run smoothly! It was a great success! Expect for the stinking cold weather and the late afternoon rain!!

* Last night we celebrated Ryan's birthday with my parents! I took some fun pics but will post tomorrow on his actual birthday!

* I am throwing him a party at Buffalo Wild Wings tomorrow night:) And I got him cupcakes from Kupcakz:) Cant wait to eat them:) I am also going to get him donuts in the morning, sing him happy birthday and take him to lunch! For his birthday I got him a lifetime fishing license!!

* I am going to participate in Kelly's Tour Friday... it is touring people's kitchens.. probably won't post my pics till this weekend or Monday tho!

* We are going to a cinco de mayo party tonight and I am sooo soo excited! Also, excited because my friend Ashley will be there and she recently announced she is having a baby in November:) yeah!

* We went and watch Grant play soccer on Tuesday and gosh was he soo cute!! I'm sooo glad we went

* So my adorable nephew Grant has been telling us... long before we knew what we were having that "Emmy is having a girl and Mommy is having a boy." Well, we found out yesterday he was right all along! Chris and Libby are having another boy:) Soo FUN! Cate will have two Lil Neurohr bodyguards and play buddies:)

* I am going to Kupcakz tomorrow and ordering cupcakes for Ryan's birthday.. that is next Wed:) He is finally catching up to me in age! He will be 27 and I already am 27!!

* It has been raining all week here and is supposed to rain all of next week too! Ugh! I only like the rain if I can stay in bed and watch movies all day!!
