10 Months... Where has time gone?

I remember when I was pregnant, I couldn't wait to meet Cate, I couldn't wait to see her sweet little face, kiss her sweet little cheeks, hug her sweet little neck and just fall in love all over again with my sweet little girl! Now I'm begging time to slow down! I know with every stage, there is something new I love about her or something she does that is so fun or funny. But I just feel like it all goes by way to fast. I pray that I do not take a single minute for granted, a single giggle, a single snuggle, a single hug, I pray I cherish every single moment we spend together because it all goes by way way way to fast! I loved Cate before she was even a twinkle in my eye. She truly is the most amazing gift God has ever given me and I thank him every single day for allowing me to be her mother! She is the light of my life!

Happy Ten Months Sweet Sweet Girl! (She turned ten months on Tuesday!)

Ten Months Happenings

* Still says Ma Ma Ma Ma but also says DA DA DA
* Actually one day last week I thought she would only say Da Da and I freaked out a little! Ha
* She is crawling every where and into everything!
* Currently the dog dishes are her favorite past time
* At her nine month apt she weighed 20lbs even and was in the 66% for weight and 91% for height:)
* She isn't a big fan of food with texture quite yet
* She LOVES to wave... always always waving
* Last night I gave her peas on her tray and she ate a few and seemed to like them
* I can see two small one spots on her bottom gums, teeth:) Haven't broken through yet but right there
* She goes to MDO on Wednesdays and has been doing ok.. They say she cries a little and always likes to have a teacher close by or cuddling her.
* She loves to swim, esp in her lil crab pool
* She loves to play with Finley and sit in her lap, she moves right next to finley and then sits in between her feet
* She licks me and that is how she kisses!
* Today she licked Finley! So cute
* She loves Dogs still
* She loves Mum Mums
* She loves her Daddy, he can really get her to belly laugh
* She crawls so fast
* She is so loud
* She is a toy hoarder, if she is playing with other kids, she takes all the toys
* I think she hoards toy because she is the oldest of her friends and doesn't have anyone to take toys from her
* She is pulling up on everything
* She loves to crawl and find my magazines and try to sneak one and rip the pages out
* She is the light of Ryan and I's life:)

Long Time No Talk & 9 Month Sneak Peek

Hi Hi Hi:)
Hello my friends!! I've really missed everyone in the blog world! I keep updated with everyone on twitter and I read blogs from my IPhone but I've missed blogging myself! To be honest, I have really had no free time whatsoever! I spend most of my days, taking care of my Lil girl and taking care of my momma... She finally got her cast off last week but still has to be on crutches and cannot walk on her foot/ankle. She has no range of motion, therefore she has to somewhat learn how to walk again with that foot! She has 8 screws total in her ankle and a steel plate! No FUN!!

We have been spending a lot of time at my parents house lately. I do laundry for them, clean up stuff, make most of their dinners, make her lunch, do the dishes, do my moms grocery shopping, run her errands(my mom likes to come along and drive the electric wheel chairs!), take her to her Dr apts, nail apts, facials, physical therapy apts.... Basically I am her Lil helper daughter:) Then I do all that same stuff at home too!!

Some nights Cate and I don't get home until 7ish! I try to have my sister or best friend Allison drop my mom off at my house once a week, so we can be here one day a week!! I also, try and get home early two nights a week, so we can spend time just the three of us... five of us... including the pups:)

My parents tell me everyday they appreciate all my help, but really, I'm so glad to help! My mom and dad raised me and took such wonderful care of me and this is the least I can do to ever be able to slightly repay them!!

Cate is growing like a weed! She is crawling all OVER THE PLACE! She is pulling up on stuff, tearing out pages of magazines when I'm not looking, chewing on picture frames, playing with the dog bowls, closing doors, licking the refrigerator.... I'll put her in front of all her toys but she would rather be wherever I am or into TROUBLE!!! She LOVES to wave!! She is a waving fool actually! When we took her to her 9month Dr apt, she waved all the way to get weighed!! She also loves clapping and still loves saying MA MA MA MA MA!

She is a little fish! She loves the water! She has two kiddie pools at my parents house and also, loves the big pool too!! She doesn't watch much TV but she does like Sesame street, it is really the only show that keeps her interested right now. She likes to laugh alot and I just adore her laugh!

She still has no teeth:( But I know she is teething because she wakes up some nights screaming, like she is in pain! I hate that for her! Show yourself Lil toothers!

Tonight while Ryan was bathing Cate, she kept saying daddy, daddy, daddy!!! She has never said daddy. A few times she has said what we thought was da da da, but tonight, we think she knew it was daddy she was saying!

Here are two pictures our wonderful photographer took of Cate for her 9 month photo shoot:) I haven't seen them all yet but I JUST CANT WAIT!!!!
